Hello BHW Members!
I am unable to surf some sites, which I think that they do not allow our country to view their site. I used my VPS as proxy but still cannot view some sites. Now I have decided to buy a VPN.

I need some suggestions about VPN as this is my first time buying VPN and tell me which site provides best VPN? and Can IP of a VPN be unique, because I have seen sites which provide VPNs with shared IP?

Just look for any VPN that provides a Dedicated IP address.
Seriously only Reseller might use Shared IP. Most VPNs these days use Dedicated or theses no point.

IPRental Basic VPN and Hide My Ass Pro VPN are the only two I've tried. HMA works better than IPRental, but is $7 more per month. IPRental is only $5/month which is crazy affordable. These companies are for shared IP's that are circulated throughout their users. However, HMA has thousands of IP's, so they aren't all spammed to death.

I have used HMA pro till now.. I have no complaints on them and seem to be reliable..
