I use Psiphon. The free version has ads but not intrusive/Annoying.

I would definitely recommend ProtonVPN or NordVPN.

I like to use NordVPN, being panama based is what I like about them.

I personally use PIA and if I'm working on personal stuff I also run tinyproxy on an aws instance for a clean IP address that other's aren't using if I need it. With that setup, I've never had any problems.

This is one of the reasons I'm trying out different services for private proxies instead of VPNs.

This is their datacenter locations but you can do this with any VPS service. If you need your ip to be in a specific country just google for a VPS in that country. I just use Digital Ocean because its so easy.
