i tried vypervpn for paypal and got screwed. Called up paypal and while on the vpn they knew that i am not there where i claim to be. WTF !! what kind of proxy or vpn or shit should i use so that paypal doesnt know where i am.

btw ..how the hell does paypal know that the phone number associated with the account is not on my name on paypal. And the address associated on that account is also not the one associated with the name? How deep have they gone in verifying identity?

I have no problem with german phone number, fake ID to confirm my identity or anything else.
The only problem is I need to use VPS (or VPN) to register and login as german user.
What VPS or VPN service you recommend to prevent to get caught?
Btw: is there any way, PayPal can find my real address (that is czech) anyway?
