Best Voip phone service?

Title.

Let me clarify.... Like in the past, I had actual phones and used a service provider such as (8 by 8 ). But right now, im starting something new and plan on just using a simple turtle beach headset... I know skype, you can add credit and such - but when I ring the person, I want an actual phone number to show up. Anyone use anything they could recommend?

If not ill just google around.. thought id ask.

As far as service providers go, Mitel is a good one and I think they do small business

You can have Skype show up an actual number in caller id at least in the US.
