Eleven labs, there is a powerful tool inside it called voice cloner, so basically you find voice you like online, download 1-3 minutes long .mp3 file of that voice and then they generate exact voice which you can use as text to speech.

For me, the best options right now are ElevenLabs and OpenAI Voice. They are the ones that sound the most natural. If you want something free to play around with for a while, Google TTS or PlayHT Free will do the trick, but they don't compare to the paid options.
