If you don't have a special format in mind, then I would suggest any kind of flv converters. They would do the trick.

Yep! . . . I use Any Video Convertor Pro" as well. I got it
on the Giveaway of the Day site when they were offering
it for free. Does a good job.

Trick Convert big video into smaller video with camtasia

- Record video, with screen capture [camtasia]
- convert them as mp4
It can compress 100 MB video into 5Mb video
