Best value hosting for multiple Woocomerce stores

I am looking to open several ecommerce sites (Wordpress based running WooCommerce due to previous experience with the platform.)

The sites are already 'stores' on a marketplace and generating a reasonable income so price, whilst being a consideration, is not the determining factor. Fast load times and uptime is what I'm looking for on these sites. 80%+ of our customers are from the USA too so US datacenters are a must.

I have plenty of experience with using WHM on other reseller shared hosting plans (running on non-US based hosting) and cPanel also but very little in setting up a server from scratch so something with cPanel built in would be a treat.

Currently looking at:

• Hostwinds
• WPEngine (no cPanel/custom backend - any issues with this?)
• SiteGround

Any experience with the Wordpress/WooCommerce running on the above or other hosts would be massively appreciated.
