Best use of Twitter socks?

I'm posting a similar question in the facebook section, if you have any insight there...

I have 6 twitter accounts. My primary & 5 socks. Using Mass Planner.

The 5 socks do the following actions:

• They follow unique accounts in the niches relevant to the primary account (they should be following unique accounts per mass planner settings)
• They like & retweet various tweets based on relevant keyword searches
• They post their own content via relevant RSS feeds
• They like & retweet all posts from the main account

I eventually want to scale this up, but I want to perfect the process first. Are there any other actions these socks could be performing to increase visibility / gain likes / retweets / followers for the primary account? I haven't quite wrapped my head around replies / mentions without seeming overly spammy.
