I'm hoping someone can give me a quick overview on how they use RSS feeds for SEO. I have my own content so I don't want visitors to see the feed, I mainly want them so the SE's see updated content on my site. So - can I have feeds on the main page but hide them, or can I have feeds on some alternate page nobody actually goes to?? Any suggestions? TIA

I've used them to get sites indexed quickly. You can build a bunch of different feeds off of one feed between feedburner and dapper. They will give you a few backlinks depending how many places you submit to. Some will stick and others won't.
