Best US state to open a company

I'm a non-US citizen living outside of the US. I plan to register a US company to hold shares of another US company which I will be a shareholder in.

What would be the best state for me to register a company and then also apply for a US bank account?

I read a lot about Delaware and that is a possible option.

Before I pull the trigger on this I would first like to get an opinion from the community on here and I'm also seeking any attourney/lawyer who would be able to help me with the legal side of things

I plan to use the company as a shareholder to another US company in which I will not be a majority shareholder. Basically I am looking for maximum security, low taxed on any income, dividends, etc... Pretty new to all of this so any pointers are helpful

with my marketing company (Florida) I would like to appear serious, I believe that would be located in Wyoming or Delaware, I would have less chances, the consultant was also recommended to me by friends, so I have established there.

New Mexico is used for a high risk niche (b2c europe), due to the regularity there, we see a company there as the most useful within the USA.

Get a professional or you will paying more taxes than needed .Your residency status is also a factor you still got to pay taxes to home country

Why would it be the case and you could use a different mail address in another state anyway.
 
I am a US citizen and I still opted to incorporate in Delaware as opposed to my home state. Strong pro-business regulations and no sales tax. And if you're not a resident of the state, you have no need to pay the state income tax.

The only state I can think about is the state of insanity in which you ask a bunch of strangers that can't even get their own site indexed on Google.

Talk to a lawyer and tax advisor specializing in this field.

Thanks I think Delaware is a good option like mentioned before. I will start looking for lawyers and agents in that state for more information

You don't know who is browsing this forum. Doesn't hurt to get advice from what others have done and at the end of the day anything you read here is just advice, no one is forcing you to follow anything said here

If you don't know a user's qualifications, you might as well ignore their legal advice.
This is just a recommendation from a stranger from the internet. Do whatever you want.
