Most of them pay the same amount. And they take a lot from your earnings too.
I would suggest to build your own URL Shortener, there are lots of URL Shortener templates for sale online, which you could setup in less than 30min, and just add your own Ads

Tutorial for what? Making your own shortener? Probably not. If you’re not sure how to do it. Hire a Freelancer/Developer

You’ll have to try that out. It depends on Ad networks you use etc... But you should make more than you would make with a normal Shortener. If they wouldn’t make money from you, then they wouldn’t operate

I've personally used adfly many years ago but you need to have a lot of traffic to be able to make good money:

Shortest is the worst in my experience, pays too little. Adfly is your best bet money wise but I've had some problems with payment in the past. Adfocus pays almost the same as Adfly and never had payment problem, so I'd say go with adfly or adfocus
Can you confirm that adfocus is still working or not. It's been a week since I requested payment and they aren't replying.

I would recommend Linkvertise, they pay about 7 eur per 1k clicks, I have been using them for a while now

adfocus is scam, they give me a warning ("Red Flag") without reason
Better choice for now is Linkvertise
