Or other countries (Australia maybe)

NOT USA (already have all of that)

I use Tsohost in the UK. I honestly can't recommend them enough. Any problems, more or less immediate reply. Will help you with anything, even if you screw something up yourself.

Transferred some of my domains to US servers when I asked, no problems and no cost. They have only been down once to my knowledge, and that was only for a couple of hours in the last year. let me host some stuff that was deffo blackhat too. Always offering good deals, oh and they helped me configure magento scripts when I was clueless.

Edited this to say that I am in no way affiliated with them, just Damn good service.

There are so many actually but i can not recommend you any of these like this.
 
I've used eUKhost before - decent service and a good price from what I remember.
 
Currently using VPSes from BHosts and HWS Hosting. No problems with them in the time I have been with them.
 
have used hostxnow.com - awesome service and support .
Support tickets replied even on weekends within few hours.

Check webhosting talk for discounts

I've been with them for years. I've never had an issue with my sites going down, they've never complained about my spamming etc, and someone from their team always seems available no matter what hour of the day i get in contact with them. Can't rate them highly enough.
