best type of links?

Hi everyone!

I wounder what type of links you value most when you do linkbuilding? Now i mean what type of links you think google gives best juice for? Im not writing this question so you can tell me that diversity is the best or that xxx type of links is worst. But if you had a site and you had to choose one type of links to do seo with which one would you choose?

Well you get the point of what kind of answer i'm looking for . Feel free to choose another type. If you have a minute extra to spare i would also like to know why you think that type of link is the best.

Viral links which are achieved when you write quality original unique content

Web 2.0's for me.

Homepage links. I'm not talking about homepage links with 50 other OBL. A natural, in content link on a related site.

All of them, on a regular basis!
I like to keep the blog comments and forum profiles down, I favour web 2.0's and blog posts.

High quality links.

I thing a blog commenting with high PR in a relative nitch are most powerful....
