What is the best tool that automaticly searches out keywords and hash tags on twitter and sends them a message, both old tweets and new ones.
both free and paid tools.... new to twitter and could use some help

Have you tried tweetadder? Not sure, but I think it should do your job if you configure it properly..

Twitter Trend Sniper does the job pretty well though it's not cheapest at $79.95. Can't post links yet but a quick Google should have it showing up!
