Are you trying to increase the followers with relevant twitter handle or just trying to take help from bot to show you similar accounts?
You can always do this manually. Most of the time bots would just show garbage and dead accounts too.
 
There's several good tools for Twitter out now, the older ones are somewhat okay still (for the time being, what with how unstable the platform has been as of late). That said, you could browse around the Marketplace and Want to Buy sections on topics about it for some extra insight, if you haven't already.

Siempre puede hacerlo manualmente. La mayoría de las veces, los bots también mostrarían basura y cuentas muertas.
