Hi mates,

I'd like to the best twitter Follow/Unfollow tool where I can see who followed me back, and if not followed then I'd like to bulk unfollow.

Also, please suggest a cheap one... I know I asked for the best and also the cheapest - when both contradict each other.

If you want free tool, you can use "Superpowers for Twitter".
 
A lot of people vouch for Twitterdub when these kinds of discussions crop up so that makes it worth checking. Side note, I noticed the other one that people accuse of being a massive scam as steadily declined in mentions.
 
Twitter dub works fine, there might be restrictions though.

Tweepi is the best tool i think. You can see who's not following you back and unfollow them. In your case it will do the job

But Twitterdub is not suitable for a large number of accounts, say 10,000 or more.
