Best twitter bot to unlock accounts automatically?

Hi there,

I need some advice about Twitter bots. I need a bot to tweet images with link from an xml feed or a text file. Also, the bot should handle this frustrating account locks with changing the password (to the same). I have tried Twitter Supremacy but it doesn't have enough options regarding picture tweets. So which one is best?
