nothing beats Jarvee right now and its getting good updates also.

Not worth the investment IMO, since its IG bot is flawed, if the OP only want twitter then @rootjazz have twitter bot that doesn’t require monthly payment

jarvee was the best but it suffered a little after june 2019 updates
How did It suffer? Did Twitter update and Jarvee couldnt handle commands due to captchas and script changes?

there is a lot in chrome extension that can mass follow or unfollow with free

I think they are referring to instagram not twitter.
The only major update went through was the redesign, but it wasn't that complicated to automate, but IG did bring out updates that hit bots hard.

Another +1 for Twitterdub. Used Jarvee for years, but made the switch half a year ago and haven't looked back. Martin is great at consistently pushing out valuable updates to keep the software as one of the top tools when it comes to Twitter automation. The one time fee is a big plus too.
The tutorial videos could use an update though. Especially for a piece of software that's not as straightforward and intuitive to use such as Jarvee or other flashy options.

When it comes to Social Media bots, there can never be one best bot out there in the market. If we declared any of them officially the best, everyone else will have to shut their shops. And like several other threads, you will get different names mentioned here.

Very true. Some bots aim to be simple and only do a couple of things but do them well. Others aim to be more technical and give you more power, but with that comes complexity, others are webapps, others are desktop apps. Some are cheap, some are expensive (got to be able to pay for those ad campaigns
).Best is very subjective to the user. For some a free chrome extension is the best as it is free and can follow all on a page in your browsers, for another user that is completely rubbish and no use to anyone.

There were so many nice providers but almost all of them either shut or could not live the api restriction and now very few direct request twitter bots are working fine. 3 years ago i purchased TWITTERDUB from Rootjazz and they still doing very well. I use the program with few of my accounts and i still see it as a good option with a lifetime purchase rather than low feature Jarvee and monthly fees.
