Best Twitter Automation Bot/Software

Hey guys, before I sink money into something, could you recommend a good automation bot/software for a Twitter following? I will be using the account to drive viral traffic to a site with ads on it. Looking for something that I can "set it and forget it". I don't really know much about Twitter, so looking for something that is pretty easy to use. Thanks.

If you have tweets precreated then Massplanner is best to use. I have set and forget my Instagram and Pinterest accounts over it and they are posting, gaining followers and bringing decent traffic.
