hi, just wondering which tools you guys think are the best for adding/following twitter users based on keywords and location?

are there any that are automated? and/or web based that work well?

You can use Tweet Marketing Robot. It's full features for Twitter as : Following, Follower, Wait&Replies, ReTweet, RSS Poster, Favorites Poster, Direct Messages ... I'm trying it. And i see it is AWESOME.
