I would personally recommend you the Tumblr Autobot. Amazing value for money.

Hey, could anyone verify that the "Tumblr Autobot" works good right now? I wouldn't want to waste my money (even if $12 isn't that much, but anyways ^)

I'm happy with it. It just finished uploading 63 pics. I also use it for liking and sometimes for following.

I can confirm that the like/follow/reblog/unfollow works great. Just used it minutes ago.
