Best traffic sources for to get opt-ins

Hi,

Can anyone suggest the good and cheap ppc traffic sources to get opt-ins.

Currently i am trying, adcenter, 7search, adbrite.
Adcenter = No results
7search=slow/low clicks
adbrite=good

Let me know your suggestions
