best traffic for purchase (bongacash)

Does anyone have experience with bongacash?
What exactly do you need to start working with thei affiliate program. Do you need a website or can you just use pop & push to link directly to their site?
Where have you guys found the most success in buying traffic? Looking to start bongacash affiliate and i just need to buy traffic for the links. It doesnt matter if it doesnt convert just need real human traffic to them.

I don't think any adult affiliate programs require proof that you own a website.
