Everyday now and than we keep getting new ideas or new way to
do the business or expand it.

So in my case I use -

- My mobile phone voice recorder to record idea instantly.
- Workflowy - https://workflowy.com/ (to make the list)
- Lucid chart - to map my mind https://www.lucidchart.com/pages/examples/mind_mapping_software

(I am not related to any of the above projects in whatsoever manner)

What do you guys use to do your planning and strategy

Please Share ... :)
How workflowy works see below video -

So got 2 gems through this thread so far -

- Mindomo.com

I am planning to try my hand on white board because this will be visual and
will help to motivate you though out the day.

Do you write your plan and steps of any ongoing assignment on white board ?

I keep a copy of portable Notepad++ loaded to record uncategorized notes. Anything that catches my mind when I'm browsing goes into a standard note file. Most of the time I don't ever go back to it; important ideas seem to stick in my mind.

Or at least they stick in another copy of The Guide Portable which has more utility and can handle notes organized in separate "folder," fonts, colors, etc.

Each is handy in its own down-and-dirty fashion.

On phone i used to use Astrid Taks but now its gone. I usually use fast notepad on android and normal notepad on PC. I also checked out your workflowy link from skype and also get 250 more points in there.

At the end of the day it depends on how dedicated you are. People usually dont get back to execution and maintaining the records daily. We will surely save a lot of time if we do things in the right way as planned.
