HootSuite, Hubspot, MeetEdgar, TweetDeck, these are the few tools which are used for managing multiple social accounts. Hootsuite is my personal favorite tool among all.

Always hootsuite is the best tool for social media marketing. But there are still more tools are also available on the internet.
