I use iMacros + my own scripts.
It's free and it's working well.
Almost 15k followers in 2months+ and I started from scratch

Why not you just take a look in journeys and see how does people doing it. I'm for long time on this forum and i mostly read never ask question which already has answers.

As for paid tools goes, i can recommend TweetAddr i used a while ago but it was a wsy to understand and followers did grew

tompots and weblues both offer bots that can be used on various social networks including twitter.

Check them out as they are both bhw members and have been selling bots for quite awhile now. Just shows how much they update softwares and take care of their customers if they're still up and running today.

iMacros very easy to set up. Just download the browser and you also can be the iMacro designer. If you want the paid versions then go with follow liker.
