Screaming Frog for technical audit and Ahrefs for Off Site/Keyword audits. Both of these tools are best in those fields.

For keyword research, you can use Ahrefs Keywords Explorer, Google Keyword Planner, KeywordTool.io and Moz Keyword Explorer
