I need help in recommend to me what are some of the best tools for site audit on SEO?

It can be both white hat and black hat.

I need to know when I have a website newly build by a developer, how do I know the basic SEO requirements are been made?
Then, what kind of tools I need for keyword research and any other tool to implement better SEO.

I was using screamingfrog for onsite analysis previously. And you can also check out Ahrefs for a good and balanced report.

There are various tools for seo audit such as semrush, ahref, screaming frog. All this tool will give you detailed report.
