I recommend Ahrefs (good for backlink audit) and SEMrush (good for keyword research). I also use keyword.com, Nightwatch search simulator to track the rankings & kwfinder, lsigraph to get some more keyword ideas.
For analysising backlinks and refering domains Ahrefs is the gold standard. Other tools to recommend for keywords analysis, on-page SEO checker are SEMrush, ubersuggest, and wordstream.
