I think the most reliable method (apart from manual) is automation via the anti-detection browser API. Specifically via the API, not template scripts (they don't mimic real user actions and Reddit often bans them).
How many accounts do you plan to use? Most anti-detect browsers only provide access to the API on paid plans. I use Linken Sphere, but I work manually on Reddit. You can also check out AdsPwr and Octo. The API capabilities are the same for everyone.
