If you don't have budget from time to time use Ahrefs trial in my opinion.

For free/trial version, you can use serprobot. They offer 15 days trial. after 15 days, you can again create new account with new email. They do not ask for pay-pal or card details to sign up. The only downside is you can track only upto 25 keywords
