Best Tools for Finding .Edu Backlinks?

Hey everyone, I’m looking to build some quality .edu backlinks and was wondering if there are any reliable tools out there for finding them. What are you using for outreach, and which tools have worked best for identifying these links? Any recommendations or insights would be appreciated!

site:.edu along with footprints for CMSs, forums and other UGC platforms is the standard way. Outreach to personal blogs may work to some extent (students are usually poor!), but most of the time when I see .edu guest posts being advertised, they're usually on a UGC platform of some sort - the poster may have had to jump through a few hoops to get an account there (.edu domain email address etc) but it's usually not too difficult.
