it's not having any seperate tool if you put any template like wordpress it will automatically indexed otherwise it it indexed by google..

I was having some issues indexing some new sites. But one thing I'd highly recommend is inserting a youtube video are a short article on to the home page. After, just look for a free website indexer on Google, and you should have your site indexed fairly quickly.

I have a instant link indexer subscription and I just submit the site 1 time everyday until its indexed.

Takes about 2-3 days for FB pages. Haven't tested it on real domains.
