Any suggestion on website or software which i can type in the url and fully see the backlinks and seo did to the website?

i have one competitor which i have been trying hard to outrank him in short time. Website were register almost the same time but his website can rank to top in short time.

I did wiki blast, pr release, social bookmark, directory submission, article submission but still fall behind him. When i check on his website at majesticseo, his backlink is infact less than mine.

I used Seo spy glass that comes with SEO power suite.
