What is the best tool/program to unfollow people on Twitter that don't follow you back? Thanks and rep whoever can help

Also What is the best program to unfollow people that have not been active for a year or more Thanks

A couple I've come acrossed is Tweepi and Twiping do these work? I don't like using programs that haven't been tested

ManageFlitter, you can unfollow 1000 a day with that.
