Doesn't seems that hard to make a custom script with puppeteer stealth
 
I know a website which does scraping, although it charges not based on per Email scraped but it charges based on the profiles scraped out of which the number of emails we get depends and varies. It comes down to being expensive if we do not get enough emails for the price paid.

The one you mentioned is there but as you said it's not accepting new customers.

Also, you can hire someone to build a bot to do the same it can be expensive but it can be done.
