any suggestions for best tool to use to create email accounts. need a couple of hundred only?

At the moment I don't know any free tools that can do that. If you want to go for paid tools one of them that I've tried is this one. If you don't what to go through all the hassle with private proxies and captchas that you need to buy for creating them you can always buy a couple of hundreds already registered emails for a few bucks.

the best thing will be to buy the accounts as they are very cheap rather than finding a tool and creating them

i agree. There is too much work with creating your own accounts like proxies, captchas etc. It's better to buy some from marketplace or third-party. If i remember correctly there is a link advertised on GSA SER itself where you can buy emails. They sell 1000 for like $10 etc. Cannot get cheaper than this. Plus you can build so many tiers for so cheap.
