There are many tools to analyze your website traffic.
There are many plenties of techniques available to increase your traffic, but I never believe in tools to generate traffic.

Tools will not increase your traffic, they will only give you indication if you're in the right direction, or give you an idea what that direction might be in the first place.
Unless you speak of spamming tools, or ad platforms which i wouldn't consider "tools"

This question pops up every day in the forum. You cannot increase your traffic by just clicking a button. Well, unless you want to get bot visits which is useless and a waste of server resources.
use your brain... make something that noone else before did it... research well(niche, phrases, keywords), write quality content, make something go viral or make something very very useful that will be adopted by influences and get a lot of shares on the net. and traffic will come. there is no magic button. brain and work is the only solution to the question asked..

The closest thing to an INSTANT TRAFFIC software is a CROSS PROMOTIONS tool
Basically, after you post a HIGH QUALITY RESOURCE on your site, you then use the tool to promote it on many different platforms
The downside to this is you have to PRE-POPULATE the tool
It also requires quite a bit of original content so you don't come off as a spammer

There are no free tools that can get you real traffic.....Organic traffic are the best for making sale/making money.
Instead of looking for tools, I would suggest start looking for methods to write great/valuable/influensive/unique content for your site...This will ensure you get best traffic to your site and enjoy the popularity as well...

In my opinion, tools are not increased your traffic only good quality content and backlinks form high authority blogs will increase your traffic. So try to make unique content and promote it in social media

Stumbleupon used to do it for me. I have not yet found any suitable replacement. Everything requires too much work. So sorry. But you can google stumbleupon alternatives because that will give a you a few pointers

Well if you do it for long than the tool is create more content, Share on SM, put aside some money for paid ads, or influencer
