instead of buying youtube views... what is a good tool to use so you can get youtube views on your own?

There are sites for this, but they don't work great these days because of the YouTube update and your views will remain locked at 301+ views. You have 2 options:

1. You make High Quality videos and do some optimization to the video title, description and tags in order to generate some organic views.
2. Buy Views and do whatever videos you want, optimize it a little bit and go from there.
 
You should only buy views from trusted sellers, if you don't want your video to get deleted.

Previously there were lots of YT script for views and many of my friends who used those scripts got their videos banned by YT.
 
High quality videos is going to the absolute #1 factor if you want to get REAL hq views. When you continually publish good informative videos they will eventually be recognized and shared and this will add authority to you and your channel, and it will have a sort of snowball effect as long as you keep producing good content.

So stay in it for the long haul!
 
everytime I try to sign up for vagex , it says that it reached maximum amount of users and to try again later. It's been 3-4 monts. Any one else with same problem ?
 
Sorry to inform you of this, but it is almost impossible to have someone just tell you the secret to YT view delivery.

They closed registration like 1 year ago as they have reached the maximum number of people they allow in on their service.
They don't want to spend extra money on better servers although their banking hard from upgraded members.
 
Vagex's registration is usually only open one or two days per year. I believe one just passed a few weeks back. Check the Vagex facebook page for updates.
