Best tool to find users who are active within a niche

Hello!

I run a small music focused Instagram page, and I would like to manually follow and maybe even DM people who are active on IG, and are using certain hashtags.
I would also like to be able to filter by amount of followers and so on.

Is there a readily available tool for me, that can scrape a bunch of users from Instagram for me, so that I can then go through manually (to keep IG happy), and engage with them?

You can scrape followers of selected profile and then filter them based on your requirement : last post added (best option for you) - meaning it will give you names of profiles that have added post no later than x amount of days. That's what you mean?
