Best tool/service for email validation?

I have a user list of around 250k from one of my web apps but some of those emails are fake signup email addresses so I need to clean the list.

Is there any free or very cheap service or tool or way to clean up and remove the invalid addresses?

You can use Atomic verify they offer 7 days trial. But once check their site due to new year they can implement any limits on scanning too.

I can attest to this service... I have used it in the past and it worked well.
 
Atomic mail verified is good, cause it has a trial period. The only problem is, It only checks Google emails and maybe one more domain. ANd that's it.

You can try with email verification / validation service. Normally they offer some free credits for you to test

Don't go fo FREE. And yes you will find cheap even with quality. You can post your requirements in a HAF subforum.

Which one of them are you using currently?
 
Use a list cleaning service like debounce to clean your list from bounces, spamtraps..etc this is what you want to do before sending to any of these emails.
