I need a tool for searching High PR ******** blog comments, I don't intend to automate posting the comments, but rather a tool to gather as much high PR blogs as possible, then I comment manually. Which is the best tool to do this?

It is just a matter of search queries used in regular google search engine.

You can try SEO SpyGlass or Instant Backlink Magic.

I'll recommend SEO SpyGlass, its best tool to get lot of high quality backlinks.

It has been a long time, a couple years since I have done manual commenting links but I used a tool offered by RankTrackr.

They are to track over all rankings but they also had a way to track your links. Anyways I used it to find my competitions high value links and get the same comment links. Might be something worth looking into.
