What the best tool you've experienced for automated RSS submissions? I've got several hundred to submit.

Can XRumer do this? Looking to automate this part of my process...

Last time I checked this they seemed to have a lot of non working aggregators in their list. Did they update it?

Anyone have an updated url list to use for Scrapebox? Does SB really hit enough of the major aggregators, as compared to RSS submit or RSSbot?
