Best TLD for Blackhat/Warez?

Hi,

I recently had a domain placed on hold by the registry because of "phishing", even though there was none of that, just some warez.
Namecheap said they could do nothing except email them because the .PW registry had suspended it.

So my question is, what is the best top-level-domain for warez and blackhat?

Also, I guess, PSA: Don't use .pw for anything fun.

i don't think there is best solution as probably every registrar will put a hold on your domain if they receive a complain about your content

so its probably your own luck in getting reported or not..
