Best TLD and host for a torrent site

Hi Guys,

This is probably a pretty big question as a newb here, hopefully i don't get shot down too much - but this seems like a good site for such a question.

If this is the wrong place, please point me in the right direction.

I've tried searching but haven't found what I'm after.


I have an idea for a link aggregation site for torrents, the site will be linking back to, say, the pirate bay page for the particular torrent.

I'm trying to establish if it's even worth the effort of looking into.

Which tld can I use (if any) to avoid having my domain taken down?

Which host can I use that won't shut my site down.

How can I monetize, without getting caught and sued?

Is it possible to stay anonymous by paying for hosting, and getting paid from advertisers via bitcoin?

Find an anonymous registration.

Go for offshore hosting provider.. And ask if they allow torrents on their shared server because in my experiences, they will only allow torrents on VPS.

Do what The Pirate Bay does, get hosting and domain from Sweden

Most people use China for such hosts.

Best thing to do is do a whois search on the other guy' domains and see what host they use. Use the same as them since you know they are "friendly"
