Best times to post?

If you were to post 3 times a day and wanted to have maximum reach what times would be best?

Depends on your market and their time zones if targetting a different country or multiples. You may need to post at 8am their time but it could be 5pm your time. You need to do some research into what they're doing. If you're targetting stay at home mothers, you won't want to be posting when they're getting kids ready for school. If you're targetting workers, then commuting times are normally good. High school students? after school or on their lunch break.

I'm targeting the UK and Japan, so I try to post at times where I am reaching them both at good times. Doing that for 2 times is easy enough but the 3rd time normally end sup being middle of the night in the UK. I try to aim for when they will be going to work and school, especially for Japan where a lot of people use trains (so they're on their phones).

Once you've been posting for a while, try a keyhole.io trial for 3 days to check when it's the best time to post.

It depends over the market or country you are focusing.
Do you have Google Analytic Account? If you don't have then create it and from that analytic report you'll come to know in which time you are getting best traffic.
So point out that time and post your blog over those time only.

5pm to 7pm at target country if target worker
7am to 9 am at target country if target enterprenur

But this does not only relate to the time of your blog posts, it relates also to the social networks activities. It is not always the same time for all the social networks, but Google Analytics is a great start. In that sense, narrow the daily traffic down by source and see at what time is each source active the most. And then experiment and see what brings you the best results.

You post base on the time zone of your target country, mostly 8-9am and 6-9pm

My niche is memes. I find that for me it's best to go with East Coast time and to essntially do morning, midday and Evening. So like 9 am, 12pm and then wait a little for evening, so like 5/6pm. This works great for me but I'm sure others will have different schedules
