Does anyone have a guide on the best times to post everyday on each platform?

YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok

What the most converting money country online with most niches male or female.

USA.

Know see the times from your country to usa and post at them times.

It really depends on your audience.
My audience is Europe so the best time for me to post on Reddit and Twitter is GMT morning.

Depends on your location target, I suppose. Early morning to midday should be alright but you might want to adjust that earlier or later if you know the average age group of your audience. There is an effect, to be sure, but it's hard to say if it affects your reach all that much. Worth a shot though so good on that.

Post time don't have a large impact if your content isn't related to a specific GEO, but if you aim for 1 location (like Europe) you should post around the late morning (9-10)

Most of the algorithms out there decides if the post going to be viral or no by the first "Lifetime" of the post - could be at the first hour or the first day.

The algorithm "Tests" the post by showing the post for a tiny group of audience and see how they "react" - have they watched all the video? / they liked the video? etc..

In order to get good engagement at the first "Lifetime" you need your audience to be awake & active on social media :)

5pm to 9pm. That's usually the peak hours for people to check their social media accounts.
