Hi!
Do you know when is the best time to tweet?
I know i t`s depends of my audience. Can i check with some programs or site from which timezone is my audience? (percentage of course).
Then I can fit my tweets to the largest publishing groups in a certain time zone.

I've used tweriod and it tells me from 4:00 - 6:00 PM, so have adjusted tweets accordingly. As you've stated, it depends on your followers - time zones, etc.

A few things to consider:
8-10 AM: people are commuting
12:00: people taking their lunch break
4-6 PM: people commuting or off work

I try to hit all three windows above and have seen better engagement with the 4:00 - 6:00 PM window. I think you should experiment for a week and monitor results.

When the topic is actually starts to trending,then hit your tweet with very different pattern.
