I’ve been testing post times from 8 a.m. to midnight EST, but results are random. Anyone here cracked the best timing for maximum engagement in 2025? Still early mornings and evenings or has it shifted?

In my opinion, most people in the U.S. watch Reels at night after work, so that’s when engagement is highest.

Engagement now depends more on your audience than fixed times. For 2025, focus on when your followers are active check insights and test around 9-11 a.m. and 7-9 p.m. But don’t stress timing too much; content quality beats perfect posting hours.

the ideal time is 9-10am and 5-6pm as per my understanding but i dont think it make too much issue. Your content quality is more important, without quality content or anything viral, now a days its too difficult to bring nice amount of views in reels.

If your content is good, that's fine. Paying attention to follower count is important, but creating original and engaging content makes all the difference. It's completely different and beautiful. Timing is a factor, but content is the most important. I wish you good content.

In my experience, For a U.S. audience, the best times to post Reels are typically between 9 AM–12 PM and 6 PM–9 PM EST, when engagement peaks.

The timing is going to depend on your primary audience. To check this, turn your profile into a business account and it shows you when your followers are most active.

Honestly, universal 'best times' are usually broad guesses. What works for one niche might bomb for another. My advice is to dive deep into your own audience insights on the platform. See when *your* followers are most active. Then test around those windows. Consistency in content quality often beats perfect timing anyway. Good luck.

For me, late evenings around 8–10 PM EST work best. Weekends also get more engagement since people scroll more.

Still seeing best results around 9:11 AM and 6:9 PM EST commute hours hit best engagement ;)

Late afternoon to evening EST around 5 to 9 PM tends to bring the best engagement People are more active after work and dinner Mornings work better on weekends but quality still matters most

For most U.S. audiences, late morning and early evening work best, around 9–11 a.m. and 6–9 p.m. That’s when people actually check their phones and scroll. Weekends are solid too, but what really matters is posting consistently.

evenings work best for me lately, like around 9pm est. people seem more active then, just chilling after work. mornings used to do well but not anymore. I’d say test a few times for a week and see what clicks for your crowd.
