Hello, when do you think is best to post to pinterest? I have found that it should be good at saturday morning, but I want to pin every day. What is the best EST time to pin on pinterest every day?

From 00:00 to 04:00 GMT I get the most visitors from Pinterest. I guess that's the time when Pinterest users are most active.

Ummm....all day and night? I rotate accounts and make sure I'm repinning something every minute of every hour

Pinterest is a game of great caution. Do something too much and you will fail.

As most of the members are women so afternoon and late night time seems quite appropriate.

good point. the evening / night also seems like the best time to me

exactly. i am pinning with multiple accounts as MUCH as possible. but i do put a short delay between each pin

I think US time 20:00 would be ideal for the best time to post on pinterest
